This has been my third time staying at this hotel because I enjoy the location and the staff is friendly and helpful. Milton let me use his iFood app so I could order some food because I don’t have a CPF.

Room kept neat and clean at all times Overall, Personnel very profissional and they really know how to do their job. Room ladies they polite and friendly, in particular, Ms. Miliane. Mr. Guilherme at the Restaurant, a well mannered gentleman. That was such a tender welcoming and farewell.

Great hotel - so clean and comfortable. The only reason I've not given it 10 out of 10 is the ferocious aircon - our room was arctic when we arrived and I was a bit too chilly despite turning it off for the night. Also the swimming pool.is the size of a bathtub Haha! And heated - so hard to cool off. Otherwise the staff are lovely, they give you a very good breakfast and the place is spotlessly clean.

I had an accident where I hurt my nose and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Was so impressed by the service they are a delight the rooms were sparkling clean and everything was so comfortable. A joy to be there.
